Founder's Message
Parimal Chanchani and Praveen Kulkarni founded RazorLex in 2016 to revolutionize legal technology. Based in Pune, India, they built a team of engineers and legal professionals dedicated to creating innovative, comprehensive solutions for law firms and in-house legal teams. Their mission is to bridge the technological gap in the legal industry with simplicity, flexibility, and excellence.
Parimal Chanchani

Parimal Chanchani has over two decades of experience in business growth, product operations, marketing, and general management. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in steering the company’s growth and operations. Prior to this, Parimal held senior technology roles at Unilever and Datapro, and is a visionary leader in technological innovation and business development.
Praveen Kulkarni
CO-FOUNDER
Praveen Kulkarni brings over two decades of expertise in technology and operations. A technology evangelist, he drives companies technological advancements, ensuring innovation and alignment with industry standards. He oversees project delivery, facilitating seamless adoption and technology driven business transformation for clients.
